The Workout System is a tool that provides access to dealer ownership and financial information for authorized users only.The information accessed through the Workout
System is confidential and proprietary to TMS and should only be used for valid business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your
login credentials and the information you access. You agree not to disclose,copy,or distribute any information obtained through the Workout System to any individuals or
entities outside of TMS or its affiliates, unless they have a valid business reason to use that information and/or you have obtained prior written consent from TMS.
TFS Restrictions: The Workout System is also intended for use by TFS, an affiliate of TMS. TFS Users agree to access information only from dealers that have authorized TFS to
access their confidential information by signing Form 1023 ("Authorization to Share Info"). You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to verify that Form 1023 has
been signed by dealers whose information you are accessing. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies regarding the use and discloser of
dealer information.
